The Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for:

1. Logistics and Supply:
   1. Planning Steel supply to our Mexican manufacturing partner
   2. Liaising with Steel suppliers on pricing, delivery etc
   3. Working with freight companies to plan delivery of Truck Bodies form Mexico into USA.  This will involve planning routes, dealing with border and State authorities to get shipping licenses and permits
   4. Coordinating delivery with customers
   5. Placing production orders on Manufacturing Partner
2. Finance:

1. 1. Hands on coordination of USA accounting process, including keeping financial records etc
   2. Coordination of local banking processes
   3. Responsible for Payroll
   4. Managing Credit Cards, Travel, Property rent
   5. Coordinating Financial control  with Australian HQ

3.  IT

Being the US coordinator for the provision of IT and communication services to employees, and coordinating that with Australian HQ

4.  People and Culture

1. 1. Managing employment contracts, payroll, PEO (401k and Healthcare)
   2. Overseeing travel policy and coordination
   3. Coordinating performance reviews and development planning, salary and bonus reviews
